Koori Zokusei Danshi to Cool na Douryou Joshi

 The Koori manga Zokusei Danshi to Cool na Douryou Joshi (The Ice Youth and the Gentle Colleague) will be adapted into an anime, according to a production statement made today.


The announcement did not indicate a launch date, but it did say that the show is being produced by Liber and Zero-G studios.
The series, which began in July 2019 and will reach its sixth volume on June 22, will adapt the work of author Miyuki Tonogawa. 

The plot follows Himuro, a young office worker descended from a yuki-onna, and is a mix of romance and fantasy (snow woman).


When he is tense, anxious, or preoccupied, his emotions alter the temperature of the surrounding environment, which swiftly freezes and approaches the south pole.
Flowers, cats, and humans are his favorite things, but he can't touch them since he would freeze them to death. 

Himuro, on the other hand, works with Fuyutsuki, a lovely woman who recognizes her colleague's struggles and attempts to assist him in every way she can.
She'll soon realize that such apprehension conceals deeper feelings.

CAST

Fuyutsuki will be dubbed by Yui Ishikawa (Violet from "Violet Evergarden") in the dubbing, while Himuro will be spoken by Chiaki Kobayashi (the Makoto from "Great Pretender").
