We spent time with manga artist Shinichi Sakamoto to learn more about the ideas and inspirations behind his work. He is most known for his work on the mountain climbing manga "Kokou no Hito" (also known as "The Climber" or "Ascension") and "Innocent," which is set during the French Revolution. Sakamoto used a completely digital workspace and a process that is uncommon in manga creation.
