Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken: Coleus no Yume, which was previewed today and will be released on November 1, 2023, was first announced seven months ago. 

The three OVAs, each of which contains a parallel tale, will be released online streaming, with many Western nations expected to participate.

The story will revolve around a Yuuzo Takada spin-off manga and take place between Seasons 1 and 2.

It is worth noting that the 8bit studio is also preparing a 3rd season of the anime that should debut in April 2024. The continuation has already received an image showing a new confrontation between Rimuru and the character Hinata Sakaguchi (see below). 

 Work by authors Fuse (text) and Taiki Kawakami (illustrations), Tensei Shitara completed 10 years since the 1st volume hit the market. The light novel is one of the icons of the already saturated isekai style, having surpassed 40 million copies sold in 24 published books.

The series initially follows a man reborn in another world taking the form of a small slime, a gelatinous creature present in fantasy JRPGs

. 

Now known as Rimuru Tempest, he conquers friends and subjects among the monsters of the Jura forest until eventually establishing his own nation. However, this does not please everyone, forcing Rimuru to evolve into the status of Maou King, protecting those who are important to him.
